 סיכון שוק (Market Risk) 
    חשיפה בגין תנודות שערים/מחירים, מטבע חוץ, ריבית, מדדים, מניות, חומרי גלם...
 
  סיכון מערכתי (Systematic-Risk) – חשיפה בגין מערכות / מנגנוני הפעילות. זהו סיכון המבטא את השפעת השוק כולו על רמת הסיכון של החברה.
 
  סיכון עסקי (Business Risk) – חשיפה בגין תחום עיסוק  החברה ואופי פעילותה
 
  סיכון מדינה (Country Risk) – חשיפה בגין פעילות במדינת היעד, פוליטי, בטחוני, הלאמה, מיסוי
 
  סיכון פיננסי (Financial-Risk) – נגזר ממבנה ההתחייבויות אל מול ההון העצמי, עשוי לתרום לסיכון בעלי המניות
 
  סיכון תפעולי (Operational-Risk) – סיכון הנגזר משיטות פגומות לעיבוד נתונים, טעויות אנוש והעדר תהליכי בידוק ובקרה פנימיים נאותים...
